Epistolary explorations–the exploration of letters. That’s it, right? No. Epistolary explorations is not just about the letters. It is about the presence of letters, and the popularity this form of communication has held throughout time. The effect letters have had on personal affairs and international affairs. Perhaps, the exploration of public figures use of letters to deliver messages. Epistolary explorations is more than just studying the words on paper, but studying the effect those words have on the world. I am looking forward to exploring just that during this course. While I am slightly concerned about my writing skills not being up to par, I do know that this course will definitely improve both my writing and my confidence in my ability to write.
